Building a strong business partnering managers to create high performing organizations with a focus on employee engagement and team effectiveness

Take full ownership over the employees lifecycle.

Ongoing responsibility for producing management reports, HR system update as necessary

Supporting the recruitment activity within the units (end to end process)

Running the welfare process of the company

Drive initiatives to improve employee's experience with HR, by identifying and proposing solutions to inconsistent HR policies and other gaps

Provide daily HR guidance and suggest new HR strategies. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Support process workflows: performance management, career development, key talent development, and more

Execution of HR policies and processes

Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions to leverage organizational and employees' success

Duties

Requirements

  • 5+ years as an HR role - a Must.
  • Experience in a StartUp environment/ scaling teams/hyper scaling
  • Proficient knowledge and a truly hands-on approach in all HR areas: Hiring, Organizational Development, Comp. & Ben, HRIS, Welfare
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive, charismatic, professional, motivated, organized and responsible individual with excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong research and analysis abilities. Data-oriented.
  • Creative problem solver and decision maker.
  • A person who is bold and isn't afraid to do things differently. Curious, with a strong passion for constant learning, proactive with a "can-do" approach.
