We are looking for a bookkeeper and payroll admin to join the finance team.
BiomX is a biotech company located in Ness-Ziona and developing customized phage therapies designed to target and destroy harmful bacteria in chronic diseases.

Duties
Bookkeeping
- Processing AP invoices
- Managing the company’s bank accounts
- Managing the company’s credit cards
- Working in collaboration with an external bookkeeper, finance team members, and other departments
- General ledger maintenance – accounts ongoing review
- Assist in quarter-end and year-end tasks including supporting working papers
- Submission of authorities reports – 856 and 126
- Assisting in other team tasks as required
- Prepare and manage the end-to-end payroll process
- Reviewing and processing employees’ expense reports
- Act as a point of contact for employee payroll queries
- Reconciliation of payroll-related general ledger accounts
- Payments of payroll related authorities

Requirements
- Bookkeeping certificate type 2.
- Certified payroll processor
- Experience with AP payments and payroll for at least 2 years.
- Experience in global companies in Hi Tech/Biotech industry – Advantage
- Prior experience working with Priority ERP, Hashavit and Kol Natun - Advantage
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level English
- Attention to details
