We are looking for a bookkeeper and payroll admin to join the finance team.

BiomX is a biotech company located in Ness-Ziona and developing customized phage therapies designed to target and destroy harmful bacteria in chronic diseases.

Duties


Bookkeeping
  • Processing AP invoices
  • Managing the company’s bank accounts
  • Managing the company’s credit cards
  • Working in collaboration with an external bookkeeper, finance team members, and other departments
  • General ledger maintenance – accounts ongoing review
  • Assist in quarter-end and year-end tasks including supporting working papers
  • Submission of authorities reports – 856 and 126
  • Assisting in other team tasks as required
Payroll
  • Prepare and manage the end-to-end payroll process
  • Reviewing and processing employees’ expense reports
  • Act as a point of contact for employee payroll queries
  • Reconciliation of payroll-related general ledger accounts
  • Payments of payroll related authorities

Requirements


  • Bookkeeping certificate type 2.
  • Certified payroll processor
  • Experience with AP payments and payroll for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in global companies in Hi Tech/Biotech industry – Advantage
  • Prior experience working with Priority ERP, Hashavit and Kol Natun - Advantage
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
